Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when a visitor uses the website or submits a consultation enquiry.
Last updated:
1. Scope and responsible entity
This policy applies to the public website of ARYF–TÜRKMEN Law Firm, operated by “Aryf-Türkmen” hojalyk jemgyýeti at 163 Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, Bagtyyarlyk District, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Privacy questions may be sent to hello@aryfturkmen.com or raised by phone at +993 62 866117.
2. Information collected
When a visitor submits the contact form, it collects Full Name, optional Company Name, Email, optional Phone, Message and the required Privacy Consent record. Submissions are validated, protected against abuse and stored in the firm’s database; the firm may also receive an email notification. Security-related request identifiers are retained only in hashed form, and the Turnstile token and raw IP address are not stored with the enquiry.
Limited technical information, such as device and browser details, IP address, request logs and security events, may be processed where necessary to operate, secure and diagnose the website.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to review and respond to an enquiry, maintain related correspondence and records, conduct appropriate preliminary or conflict checks, protect the website and its users, and comply with applicable legal or professional obligations.
4. Essential cookies and tracking
The website uses only essential technical cookies where necessary for core operation, security, language preferences or administrative sessions. It does not use advertising cookies, remarketing or profiling, and it does not sell personal information.
When website analytics are enabled, the firm uses a self-hosted Umami service to understand aggregate use of public pages. The configured tracker does not set analytics cookies, respects a visitor’s Do Not Track preference, and excludes URL query strings and fragments. It may process page paths, referring source, approximate country, device type, browser, operating system and general traffic timing. These analytics are used only to operate and improve the website, not for advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling. This draft disclosure requires final professional legal review before public release.
5. Service providers, disclosures and international processing
Hosting, email, security and other technical service providers may process the minimum information needed to perform services for the firm and under its instructions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security or the integrity of the website.
A service provider may process information outside the visitor’s country. Where international processing occurs, the firm will seek reasonable safeguards permitted by applicable law and will review provider details before public release.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, related correspondence, legal or professional obligations, record-keeping and security. It is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
The firm uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Rights, contact and updates
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of information, or to object to certain processing. Requests may be sent to hello@aryfturkmen.com and will be assessed under the applicable rules.
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The Last updated date identifies the current revision.
